As a long-standing Healer Member of the NFSH (National Federation of Spiritual Healers; now NFSH The Healing Trust), a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, a Clinical and Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapist, a Spiritual Intuitive, a Certified Angel Card ReaderTM, a Certified Angel IntuitiveTM, and a qualified Yoga Teacher (including Meditation and Mindfulness) for over 25 years, as well as undertaking regular CPD (continuing professional development) courses and workshops, I am able to draw on a range and depth of skills, knowledge and experience to offer consultations, including coaching and mentoring, for personal, spiritual and healing development.
Online Sessions
The majority of sessions are now carried out online via Skype, Messenger or Zoom. However, where appropriate and convenient, some one-to-one sessions are available in our local area. Follow-up support is available via email.

Please contact me to arrange a session prior to booking. Do not make a payment until we have agreed a date and time for your session. Payment is then required in advance of the session and is payable online via PayPal (with credit or debit card payment option). Please go to the Shop, choose the session option required, and then follow the instructions to pay for your session. If you prefer to pay offline, please contact me to arrange your payment prior to the appointed session date. Please ensure that you contact me personally beforehand (prior to paying), to arrange your session.

Spiritual Development – General
Spiritual development mentoring is for anyone on the spiritual path seeking to further their spiritual development. However, those newly on the spiritual path (newcomers to spiritual development) are particularly welcome. Mentoring involves appropriate guidance and support, and where relevant, introduction to spiritual concepts that might be new to the individual. However, it is also reflective, aiming to encourage mentees to develop through their own increased self-awareness, energy sensitivity, intuitive ability and experience.
Grounding & Protection
Remaining grounded whilst conducting spiritual work and practices, healing, meditation and so on (and in everyday life). Psychic safety and protection (especially important for “sensitives”.)
Connecting With Your Guides & Angels
Learning to “listen”, “hear” and receive guidance from the loving light-beings who support and assist you from the spirit realm.

Student Mentoring
Mentoring is available for students and trainees, such as probationer/trainee spiritual healers, Reiki Level 1 practitioners seeking to progress further, and students of other spiritual development training. Student yoga teachers might also find student mentoring of interest and benefit. Sessions are tailored to the individual interests and needs of the participant. Mentoring involves appropriate guidance and support, and where relevant, introduction to spiritual concepts that might be new to the individual. However, it is also reflective, aiming to encourage mentees to develop through their own increased self-awareness, energy sensitivity and experience. Student mentoring is offered at a slightly lower rate than general mentoring and coaching, so evidence of student/training status will need to be provided prior to booking.
